Turnkey solutions
At TROPiK, we are not builders or contractors and we do not take construction risks as part of our practice. However, for select projects we partner with reputed builders and contractors to offer a comprehensive turnkey design – build – project manage – deliver service, where a commission is conceptualised, designed, detailed, managed, implemented and handed over within the agreed time and budget.
Design Solutions
With this option, TROPiK offers comprehensive design solutions right from conceptualising the project all the way to producing detailed drawings covering building, engineering, services, landscape and interior design aspects of the project. Periodic site visits and project overview by TROPiK’s principal are included in this option.
Design and Project Management Solutions
As part of total project services, TROPiK offers project management services along with design solutions. The principal of the practice will take an active role in offering routine project monitoring and periodic site inspections. The services of a full-time site supervisor can be offered as an option to TROPiK’s clients
