Based in the tropical paradise of Kerala, TROPiK is a bespoke home, garden and interior living design practice that has been established with a view to offer unique and personalised design solutions to its clients.

TROPiK has been set up to help bring about a sense of zen or tranquillity to people through simple yet meticulous design.  The concept of zen, with origins traced to the Sanskrit word ‘dhyaan’ meaning ‘a state of peacefulness’, epitomises the philosophy of TROPiK as a design practice; that is, to work towards  contributing to the happiness and tranquillity in people’s lives through the design and delivery of quality interior and exterior spaces for them.

We at TROPiK strive to offer a holistic living experience to our clients by seamlessly integrating building design, garden design and interior living design.  When it comes to designing houses, we do not look at house just as a building but as a ‘nest’ which captures the spiritual core of the dwelling purpose for its inhabitants.  At TROPiK, we blend the building with the surrounding landscape so as to blur the boundary between inside and out.  Interior spaces are characterised by features that bring about a sensuous engagement with natural elements.  Wherever possible, environmentally sustainable outcomes are achieved through multiple means including the use of beautiful natural materials that are sourced locally or regionally.
